Engineering, automated

BIM model clashes, solved automatically.

Owry is an agentic AI platform that finds the clashes in your 3D construction models and fixes them for you. Most tools only flag conflicts and leave the rest to your engineers. Owry resolves them inside the model, cutting weeks of manual coordination down to hours.

Built by architect-engineers with 170+ delivered projects in BIM and MEP.

The problem

Clashes are unavoidable. Fixing them by hand doesn't scale.

Construction engineering happens in 3D now, and parts constantly run into each other: a pipe crosses a beam, a duct cuts through structure, two systems fight for the same space. One project can throw up thousands of these clashes. Sorting them out by hand takes weeks of coordination before anyone can start building.

1,000s
of geometric clashes generated in a single mid-to-large BIM project.
Weeks
of manual coordination to resolve clashes before a design is construction-ready.
5+ hrs
lost per coordination meeting debating conflicts that could be fixed automatically.
The product

An agentic BIM platform that detects and resolves clashes on its own.

Owry runs inside the 3D design software you already use. It finds the clashes and edits the model to resolve them, instead of handing your engineers a report to work through one conflict at a time. It handles all three kinds:

Hard clash

Two objects sitting in the same physical space, like a pipe running straight through a beam. Owry re-routes one to clear the collision.

Soft clash

Something blocking the room needed to install or service another part, even when nothing directly overlaps. Owry keeps the required access and tolerances.

Workflow clash

A sequencing problem: a part scheduled to go in before the thing it depends on, so it can't actually be installed. Owry re-orders the model so it can be built.

How it works

Three steps, hours not weeks.

01

Connect your model

Point Owry at your BIM model in the software your team already works in. Nothing to re-draw, nothing to export.

02

Detect & resolve

Owry works through every hard, soft, and workflow clash and resolves them for you. It edits the model itself, not a clash report you have to action later.

03

Review & build

Your engineer checks the resolved model and signs off on a coordinated, construction-ready design. The coordination marathon comes off the calendar.

Why Owry

Detection tools flag the problem. Owry solves it.

The established BIM tools are built to find clashes and hand them back to a person. Owry adds the engineering judgment to fix them, so the resolution happens on its own.

Save time and money

Every hour your team spends fixing clashes by hand is an hour back once Owry handles it. Across an active project load, that adds up fast.

Do more with the same team

Take on more projects without hiring more people just to keep up with rising BIM demand.

Consistent quality

Resolutions don't depend on who happens to be on the job, so the output holds the same standard from one project to the next.

Partners & clients

Working with engineering firms on real infrastructure.

We're putting Owry to work where clash resolution matters most, including markets where BIM has just become a legal requirement.

Ingenieurbüro Schädel GmbH

A Stuttgart-region firm that designs roads and infrastructure. We partnered with Schädel as Germany makes BIM mandatory for federal trunk-road and infrastructure planning, bringing automatic clash resolution to public works.

Who we are

Engineers who lived the bottleneck.

We're architect-engineers. We spent years building MEP and plumbing systems in BIM for modular and robotics construction, across 150+ residential and around 20 commercial projects. Now we're automating the clash-resolution work we used to do by hand.

FAQ

Questions about Owry, answered.

What is Owry?+

Owry is an agentic AI platform for construction engineering that automatically detects and resolves BIM model clashes directly inside 3D design software. Where most tools only flag clashes, Owry resolves them autonomously by adjusting the model itself.

How is Owry different from Navisworks, Solibri, Revizto, or BIMcollab?+

Traditional tools stop at detection. They flag where geometry collides and leave your engineers to fix each clash by hand. Owry goes further: it detects the clashes and then resolves them for you, editing the 3D model instead of producing a report someone has to act on.

What types of clashes does Owry solve?+

Owry addresses three types of clashes: hard clashes (two geometries occupying the same space), soft clashes (an element blocking the access or clearance needed to install or maintain another), and workflow clashes (construction sequencing conflicts where an item is scheduled before something it depends on).

Why does automatic clash resolution matter?+

A single BIM project can contain hundreds to thousands of clashes, and resolving them manually takes weeks and hours of coordination meetings. By resolving clashes automatically, Owry saves time and money, lets teams deliver more projects without hiring more people, and keeps every design output at a consistent standard.

Does Owry work inside the tools we already use?+

Yes. Owry is designed to operate directly within the 3D BIM design software your team already builds in, so there's no re-drawing and no disruptive change to your workflow.
